Giving With Purpose

Slow, steady generosity — built on wisdom, not hype.

Living Devo is committed to generosity, but we want to do it in a way that is sustainable, transparent, and genuinely helpful — not rushed or symbolic.

Where giving is headed

Generosity System launching about one year after release

Starting now, 25% of every subscription is being set aside for future giving. Funds will build quietly until the first public donation cycle launches roughly one year after the app is released.

We don’t want to rush into small, scattered donations. Instead, we’re allowing the fund to grow so that when giving begins, it can actually make a difference — for real people, real churches, and real needs.

First donation cycle: building toward launch + 1 year

This is a visual way of saying: we’re in the preparation stage. As subscriptions grow, so does the Giving Fund.

Phase 1: Building the fund for the first public donation cycle about one year after release.

How giving will work (once it launches)

When the Giving Fund goes live about one year after launch, it will be shaped by the community, not just the app creator. The vision is simple:

The goal is to reflect the heart of biblical generosity: steady, thoughtful, and rooted in love — not pressure.

Giving FAQ

We want to build a meaningful fund and a stable app before giving begins. This allows donations to be significant and sustainable, rather than rushed or symbolic.

Not yet. Funds are being collected and tracked, but they will not be distributed until the giving system is ready about a year after launch. This is intentional, not neglect.

25% of every paid subscription goes directly into the Giving Fund. That commitment is built into how Living Devo operates.

No. Your subscription already contributes to the Giving Fund. In the future, there may be options for additional giving, but it will never be pressured or guilt-driven.

Once the system launches, users will be able to nominate causes and vote on where funds are directed. The goal is for generosity to be community-shaped, not just top-down.

Yes. When giving begins, we plan to share regular summaries of how much was given, where it went, and what phase the fund is in.
