Accessibility
Living Devo is intended to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies or prefer reduced visual complexity.
This page describes the current accessibility approach and where we are still learning and improving.
Design Approach
- Simple layouts with clear headings and logical structure
- High-contrast theme options (light and dark)
- Consistent navigation and page structure
- Limited animations and distractions
The goal is to keep the experience calm, focused, and readable across devices.
Keyboard & Screen Reader Use
- Navigation links can be reached using the Tab key
- Headings are ordered to support screen reader navigation
- Buttons and links include descriptive text where possible
If you rely on a particular assistive technology and encounter issues, your feedback is welcome.
Color & Theme
Living Devo includes a theme toggle so you can choose a light or dark appearance. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Colors are chosen to balance readability and visual calm. If any text is difficult to read, please let us know.
Known Limitations
While care has been taken to support accessibility, this app may not yet meet every guideline in formal standards such as WCAG.
- Some controls may still need clearer focus styling
- Text resizing has not been tested on all devices
- Future features may require additional accessibility review
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a finished checkbox.
